What is the last war in the Bible?

Revelation 20:7-9 (NIV)
When the thousand years are over, Satan will be released from his prison and will go out to deceive the nations in the four corners of the earth - Gog and Magog - and to gather them for battle. In number they are like the sand on the seashore. They marched across the breadth of the earth and surrounded the camp of God's people, the city he loves. But fire came down from heaven and devoured them.

Many believe Armageddon is the last war in the Bible. Though Armageddon is the climatic ending of World War III where Jesus returns just before man is about the eliminate all life on earth, the actual final battle on earth will take place 1,000 years later at the end of the Millennium at a time when Jesus is reigning on earth in Jerusalem. This final war will not only bring an end to Satan and his followers it will validate those who are loyal to God.
